1. Candidates must apply online by clicking on the link labeled “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE” at the end of this Advertisement. No other mode of application will be accepted.
– Before applying online, candidates should scan their photograph and signature, ensuring they adhere to the specifications provided in “Annexure-I” (Guidelines for Scanning and Uploading of a photograph, signature, thumb impression, and hand-written declaration).
– Candidates must have a valid personal email ID and mobile number, which should remain active until the completion of the Recruitment Process. The company will communicate call letters for the Online Test, etc. via the registered email ID. Candidates must not share or mention the email ID of any other person. The company will not correspond by post.
**Application Registration:**
2. To register the application, select the tab “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” and provide Name, Contact details, and Email-ID. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidates should note down this information. An Email & SMS containing the Provisional Registration Number and Password will also be sent.
3. If a candidate is unable to complete the application in one go, they can save the data by choosing the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Before submitting the application, candidates should use this facility to verify the details and make any necessary modifications.
4. Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify all details in the online application, as no changes will be possible after clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON.
5. The candidate’s name and their Father/Husband’s name should be spelled correctly in the application as it appears in the Certificates/Mark sheets/Identity proof. Any change found may disqualify the candidature.
6. For Female candidates who have changed their names post-marriage, they should indicate their name as per the Photo Identity Proof. Names on the Call Letter will be matched with the Photo Identity Proof at the examination center. Any mismatch will result in the candidate not being allowed to take the online test.
7. All details provided in the online application (Name, Category, Date of Birth, Post Applied for, Address, Mobile Number, Email ID, Centre of Examination, etc.) will be considered final, and no changes/modifications will be allowed after submission.
8. Validate your details and save your application by clicking the “VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS” and “SAVE & NEXT” button.
9. Proceed to upload a photograph and signature as per the given specifications.
10. Fill in other details of the Application Form.
11. Click on the “Preview” Tab to review the entire application form before clicking COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
12. Modify details, if required, and click on “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” after verifying that all details are correct.
**Payment of Fees:**
13. The application form is integrated with the payment gateway. Follow the instructions provided to complete the payment process.
14. Payment can be made using Debit Cards (Rupay/Visa/Master Card/Maestro), Credit cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets.
15. After submitting payment information, wait for the intimation from the server. Do not press back or refresh button to avoid double charging.
16. On successful completion, an e-Receipt will be generated.
17. Non-generation of ‘e-Receipt’ indicates PAYMENT FAILURE. If payment fails, log in again using the Provisional Registration Number and Password and repeat the process.
18. Take a printout of the e-Receipt and online Application Form containing fee details. If unable to generate, the online transaction may not have been successful.
19. For Credit Card users: All charges are listed in Indian Rupee. If using a non-Indian credit card, your bank will convert it to your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.
20. For security, please close the browser window after completing the transaction.
