GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1 Canvassing in any form will lead to the candidate’s disqualification.

2  Candidates must obtain caste certificates in the proper Proforma from the relevant authority in the format specified by the Central Government. These original certificates must be presented during the selection trial. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. This is a strict requirement outlined in Chapter 13 of the Brochure (published by the Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievance & Pensions Department of Personnel Training, New Delhi) regarding the verification of claims of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates.

3 For SC/ST/OBC candidates, a Xerox copy of the Caste Certificate issued by a Competent Authority, not below the rank of Tehsildar, must be uploaded during the online application process. OBC candidates must also upload an OBC Non-Creamy-Layer Certificate in the format specified by the Central Government, issued on or after 01/04/2023 by the Competent Authority, at the time of online application. These certificates should include details such as caste, date of issue, etc., and bear the seal of the Issuing Authority. The format of the caste certificate for SC/ST candidates is provided in annexure ‘C’, and for OBC candidates, it is in annexure “D”.
