Before applying, candidates must ensure that they meet the necessary conditions and requirements for the position.

Interested candidates who meet the aforementioned eligibility criteria are required to apply online using the registration format available in the Career Section of the RITES website, http://www.rites.com.

During the online application submission, the system will generate a ‘Registration No.’ on top of the form filled out by the candidate. It is crucial to make a note of this “Registration No.” and use it for all further communications with RITES Ltd.

While providing the required details, candidates are advised to meticulously and accurately fill in the information for their “identity proof.” They should also take note of this and ensure the availability of the same identity proof, as it will be required in its original form in later stages of selection (if called).

After completing the necessary details in the “Fill/Modify Application Form” section, candidates should submit the application.

Candidates are also advised to keep a copy of the submitted application form and bring it along at the time of selection (if called).

A printed copy of this online application form with the registration number needs to be signed and furnished during the interview, along with original documents and a set of self-attested, scanned copies of the specified documents in the given order (if called):

a. 2 recent passport-size color photographs
b. High school certificate for proof of date of birth
c. Certificates of academic and professional qualifications and statements of marks for all semesters or years (Xth, XIIth, Diploma, Graduation, or Post-Graduation, as applicable)
d. EWS/SC/ST/OBC Certificate in the prescribed format by the Government of India (if applicable)
e. Proof of Identity and Address (Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, etc.)
f. PAN Card
g. Proof of different periods of experience as claimed in the application form (if applicable)
h. Any other document in support of your candidature
i. PWD Certificate as per the latest format (if applicable)
j. Detailed CV/Resume

Please ensure to attach copies of experience certificates from your previous employer in support of your claims in the application. For current employment, attach an experience certificate or joining letter along with last month’s salary slips, or Form 16, and other documents that clearly establish your continuity in the job. Any unverified claims may lead to the rejection of your application.

For proof of CTC or salary, candidates must submit a copy of their last Form No. 16 (earnings card), salary slip, appraisal letter, or any other suitable document.

Community certificates (SC, ST, or OBC) must be in the format prescribed by the Government of India. OBC candidates included in the Central List with a certificate not more than 12 months old (with a clear mention of the candidate not belonging to the “Creamy Layer”) in the GOI prescribed format will be considered for the posts reserved for OBC. The EWS certificate should also be in Govt. of India format.

Do not send hard copies of documents to this office through post or courier. All documents are to be uploaded on the RITES portal only.

Candidates must produce the original testimonials or documents along with one self-attested copy at the time of selection (if called).

Candidates who have registered online but have not submitted their application along with supporting documents by the due date may not be considered. The company reserves the right to consider only those applications received by the prescribed date. RITES Ltd. is not responsible for any delays for any reason whatsoever.

Simply applying for the post, submitting documents, or appearing or qualifying for the selection does not guarantee selection. If it is found that a candidate does not meet the advertised eligibility criteria, their candidacy will be summarily rejected.
