a) Start by visiting the URL “Recruitment for the post of Assistant – 2023” on the advertisement page to access the online application form.
b) Input your basic details and upload a photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a hand-written declaration as per the provided specifications.
c) Register your application by selecting “Click here for New Registration”. Enter your Name, Contact details, and Email-id. The system will generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password, which should be noted down. You will also receive an Email & SMS with this information.
d) If unable to complete the form in one go, use the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab to save the entered data. Before final submission, verify the details using this feature. Visually Impaired candidates should exercise extra caution during this step.
e) Ensure that all details in the online application are filled accurately as no changes can be made after clicking the “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” button.
f) The candidate’s name and related details should match exactly with the Photo identity proof / Certificates/ Mark sheets. Any discrepancies may lead to disqualification.
g) Validate your details and save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ button.

h) Proceed to upload Photo & Signature according to the provided specifications.
i) Fill in the remaining details of the Application Form.
j) Preview and verify the entire application form by clicking on the Preview Tab before completing the registration.

p) An incomplete application without photograph and signature or with illegible/unclear photographs will be considered invalid.

r) RBI is not responsible for any technical difficulties preventing application submission.
s) This is the only valid procedure for applying; no other modes or incomplete steps will be accepted.

For payment, candidates must use the online mode:
a) Follow the instructions provided for payment through the integrated payment gateway.
b) Payment options include Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets.
c) After submitting payment information, wait for the intimation from the server to avoid double charging.
d) Upon successful payment, an e-Receipt will be generated.
e) If no ‘E-Receipt’ is generated, it indicates a payment failure. In such cases, log in again and repeat the payment process.
f) Print out the e-Receipt and online Application Form. If you’re unable to generate it, the online transaction may not have been successful.
g) For non-Indian credit card users, charges will be converted to your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.
h) To ensure data security, close the browser window after completing the transaction.
i) There’s an option to print the application form containing fee details after payment.
