I. To begin the application process, candidates must ensure they possess a valid personal email address and an active mobile number. It is crucial to maintain the accessibility of these throughout the recruitment process, as all essential communications, including application sequence numbers, passwords, and alerts, will be sent to the registered email ID. Please ensure that emails from this address are not redirected to your junk or spam folder.
II. When filling out the online application form, candidates should exercise utmost diligence in providing accurate details. It’s important to note that edits can be made before the submission of Step-I and Step-II. Once the form is submitted, no further changes can be made.
III. Here is the step-by-step process for submitting the application:
Step-I: This involves the registration of personal and contact details. Following this, the login ID and password will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID.
Step-II: After re-logging in, candidates will select their category and proceed to fill in personal details, qualification details, upload a photo and signature, and, if applicable, submit examination fees and “Recruitment Processing Charges” (mandatory for all candidates). This can be done online through SBI EPAY LITE using methods such as net banking, debit cards, credit cards, UPI, or challan.
IV. Once an application is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, and any fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Additionally, the fee cannot be reserved for any other future recruitment or selection process.
STEP-I REGISTRATION
a. Candidates who agree to the terms and conditions may proceed by clicking the ‘I Agree’ checkbox below and then clicking the ‘Registration/Sign-up’ button.
b. The candidate should accurately fill in all required information, including personal and contact details.
c. Upon completing Step-I registration, a confirmation message will be sent to the candidate’s registered email address, providing the login ID (Application Sequence Number) and password.
d. The candidate must log out and then log in again (for Step – II) in order to fill out the remaining sections of the application form.
STEP-II COMPLETION OF APPLICATION FORM
e. After registration, candidates will log in and provide additional information in the application form, including personal details, qualification details, and a declaration.
f. Instructions for uploading Photograph and Signature:
i. Photograph Image:
– The photo should be in color, with dimensions of 35mm (width) x 45mm (height) and not older than 12 weeks. Black and white photos will not be accepted.
– A light background is recommended, preferably light grey or white without any patterns.
– The face should cover 70-80% of the photo, and the applicant should look directly at the camera with a normal expression.
– Avoid wearing uniforms that match the background.
– If the applicant wears optical glasses, the eyes should be fully visible.
– The scanned image should be between 50-100 kb in jpg/jpeg format only.
ii. Signature image:
– The signature must be made in black ink on white paper and signed only by the applicant, not by anyone else.
– Scan only the signature area, not the entire page.
– The file size should be between 50-100 kb in jpg/jpeg format only.
g. Once the application is submitted, candidates will be automatically redirected to the SBI gateway to pay the exam fee of INR 50 (if applicable) and Recruitment Processing Charges of INR 450 (plus Bank charges, if applicable) via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or challan. Candidates may generate a payment acknowledgment slip for future reference.
h. The e-challan generated after submitting the online application form will remain valid for 04 days from its generation date.
i. Guidelines for online fee payment are as follows:
1. After submission, candidates will be directed to the SBI Payment gateway for online payment. For payment through challan, an e-challan will be generated upon form submission.
2. Verify the details and make the payment for application fees using different payment methods.
3. After successful online payment, candidates will be redirected to their application form.
j. For future reference, candidates are advised to keep a printout of their application form after successful submission.
