How To Apply

Step 1: Interested candidates with the requisite educational qualifications must begin by registering themselves on the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) website at www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.

Step 2: Following registration on the aforementioned portal, eligible candidates should proceed to submit their online applications through the ECIL website: www.ecil.co.in → ‘Careers’ → ‘Current Job Openings’. It’s important to note that candidates who have registered on the MSDE apprenticeship portal must still submit their online applications through the ECIL website. Only applications submitted on the ECIL website will be accepted and considered.

The online application process will be active from 25.09.2023 (10:00 AM) to 10.10.2023 (04:00 PM). Once the online application is complete, candidates should take a printout of the registered form, which will include a system-generated application serial number. This serial number should be noted down for all future references. Candidates have the option to reprint their registered online application form before the final registration date. Please be aware that no separate communication will be provided to candidates in the event of non-selection at any stage.

It’s important to submit accurate information, as any incorrect details may lead to rejection at any phase of the recruitment process. Additionally, if any discrepancies are discovered, whether by the candidate or otherwise, even after the apprenticeship has commenced, it may result in the immediate termination of the apprenticeship. The candidate must use their system-generated online application number for all future correspondence.

Candidates should be aware that submitting false or fabricated information/documents at any stage of the selection process will result in the immediate rejection of their candidature. Additionally, please note that no travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for attending the Document Verification.

Details regarding the date, time, mode, and venue of the document verification process will be posted on our website at www.ecil.co.in. Candidates called for document verification must present the following original documents, along with photocopies:

I) Online registered application form, duly signed, with a recent color passport-sized photo affixed.

II) All original certificates supporting MSDE Registration, date of birth, identity (government-issued only, such as Aadhaar, Driving License, Passport, etc.), qualification, latest caste, and disability (PWD) certificates (wherever applicable), along with a set of photocopies.

III) Category Certificate in support of SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS, in the prescribed Proforma available on the www.ecil.co.in portal.
