How To Apply
(i) Candidates interested in the above-mentioned eligibility criteria are advised to carefully review the User Manual available on our website www.cochinshipyard.in (Career page – CSL Kochi) before initiating the online application process. The application process involves two phases: One-time Registration in the SAP E-recruitment portal of CSL and the subsequent submission of the application relevant to the respective Trade/Vocation. Applicants are advised against submitting multiple applications as each submission is considered final.
(ii) It is imperative for applicants to ensure that all necessary certificates validating age, educational qualifications, caste, disability, etc., along with a recent passport-sized color photograph, are correctly uploaded in the SAP online application portal. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of their candidature.
(iii) Applicants should meticulously review all entries made in the online application to ensure accuracy before final submission. Any attempts to alter the provided information after the online submission will not be considered. Providing incorrect or irrelevant information in any field may lead to the rejection of the application.
(iv) Applications must adhere to the requirements outlined in this Advertisement Notification. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
(v) Following the online application process, applicants should retain a soft copy/printout of the online application containing the unique registration number generated by the system for future reference. It is crucial to note that the unique application number is generated only upon successful submission of the online application. This registration number should be referenced for any future correspondence with CSL.
(vi) The website will accept applications from 20th September 2023, with the last date for online submission being 4th October 2023. To avoid potential website congestion on the final day, which may result in unsuccessful submissions, candidates are advised to log in to the CSL website and submit their applications well in advance. Those applying on the last day may not receive troubleshooting assistance or technical support in the online application portal after 1600 hrs on the last date.
